Job Summary

The call center sales agents will be involved in telesales of our client’s solar products. They will make calls to customers to sell and market the products as well as resolving customers’ issues.

Responsibilities

  • Telesales
  • Meet and exceed set targets
  • Explain the solar products to customers
  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Manage and resolve customer’s complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports

Qualifications

  • Degree/ Diploma in any field with call center/ customer service experience
  • 2-3 Years’ experience as a call center agent in a busy working environment
  • Those who have sold solar products will have an added advantage
