Position: Digital Sales Executive

Time Commitment: At least 40 hours/week

Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build our business activities. Digital Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through social media email and other online platforms, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through digital platforms, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in online webinars, exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Build trust and foster profitable and productive relationships online to position Talent Bridge as a recognized provider of innovative solutions

Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience in digital/online sales is required
  • Tech savvy; able to use online collaboration tools e.g. G-Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and social media platforms
  • Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Knowledge of effective inbound and outbound sales techniques
  • Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills-empathetic positive attitude with a desire to help clients attain their desired outcomes
