Basic Salary: Kshs. 80,400 – Kshs. 112,400

House Allowance: Kshs. 20,000

Commuter Allowance: Kshs. 12,000

Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Human Resource Management, the jobholder will be responsible for undertaking activities in the Human Resource management section.


  • Processing staff Recruitment, deployment, promotions and transfers;
  • Processing disciplinary cases;
  • Administering employee welfare programs;
  • Processing retirement benefits, medical claims, Group Personal Accidents and Group Life schemes;
  • Processing of leave applications;
  • Verifying and updating staff compliment and establishment;
  • Developing and implementing Human Resource Management system;
  • Any other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager, Human Resource Management


  • Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management; Human Resource Development; Bachelor of Education; Business Management; Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
  • Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management;
  • Membership to a recognized professional body;
  • Certificate in computer applications skills from a recognized
