CONTEXT OF THE ROLE

Thunes is hiring a Sales Support Specialist based in APAC/EMENA/America/Africa who will be reporting to the Regional Sales Heads. This position will be the point-of-contact for Sales & Business Development and serve as an internal business partner to sales. Responsibilities include supporting our Regional Sales Heads with client onboarding, pipeline management, preparing presentations, organising meetings and conducting research.

Key Responsibilities

 

    • Supporting BD during Pre-sales stage (Qualifying & Proposal Stage) with:
    • Pricing preparation
    • Assisting sales to prepare sales slide / new case studies on the need basis
    • Assisting BD to on board new partners
    • To follow up on the boarding process (compliance , legal & technical integration) with internal & external stake holders
    • Prepare customized reports for BD, AM & partners
    • Co-ordinate with various stakeholder to resolve customer issues
    • Prepare quarterly sales report for AM/BD
    • Assisting BD/AM to ensure information in Zoho is accurate & up to date
    • Your key responsibilities would be to support the plans and carry out sales and operational activities related to global sales to meet the overall annual sales objectives.
    • Single contributor role with great opportunities to grow and develop into the account management / business development career track

Professional Experience/Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline
    • 2-3 years of experience in the customer-facing function
    • High level of Microsoft Office Suite competency
    • Must be highly organized, independent and able to prioritise tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving fast paced environment
    • Adept at developing and executing actions synthesized from analysis issues
    • Detail-oriented and a believer in value of process
    • Must be flexible, self-motivated and team oriented
    • Highly adaptable, able to accept and create change
    • Has excellent communication and interaction with people all around the globe in a multi-cultural environment
