Senior Project Officer, Kenya
In this role you will work on political governance and natural resource management issues with focus in Kenya and Horn region, leading in the implementation and oversight of the projects, as well as acting as the technical adviser to the project and partners; collaborate with the finance and administration team in financial management and project implementation, including donor financial reporting; contribute to business development, communications, knowledge management, and profiling of Alert and the project outcomes. You will report to the Country Director with management responsibility to consultants. You will be expected to integrate rapidly into the Kenya team and be dynamic and proactive in the role.
